An original animated comedy series set in the shadowed corridors, candlelit chambers, and secret passageways of the 14th-century Church. At the center of the story is a peculiar underground circle of artists, clerics, misfits, and quiet rebels who secretly produce a forbidden illustrated publication beneath the noses of the very authorities sworn to suppress it.
Part medieval caper, part gothic satire, and part character-driven farce, HUSH follows the follies of an unsuspecting but subversive group of outliers operating within the rigid world of church hierarchy, moral performance, and institutional control. Their work is dangerous, ridiculous, beautiful, and absurdly impractical, which is precisely why it must continue.

HUSH Opening Sequence

Designed as a 9 to 10 part animated series, HUSH blends gothic visual elegance with sharp comedic timing, historical absurdity, theatrical character design, and a sly critique of institutional vanity. The project serves as both an original narrative work and a production case study in modern independent animation.

I created and developed HUSH through a hybrid creative workflow combining traditional design methods with contemporary AI-assisted production. The project explores motion design, character development, visual storytelling, sound design, and animation using tools such as Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Dzine AI, Ableton Live, and other emerging creative platforms.
